OUR LOVE STORY
How we met
As fate may have it, we were brought together by one of Azin's maids of honor, and one of Paolo's best men. Nima and Paolo invited Selena and Azin to join in celebrating Paolo's 25th birthday at Kell's Irish Pub in San Francisco. The infamous night when two strangers shared a kiss in a dark and sweaty bar basement, starting a long distance love story that would pick up years later...
Fast forward to
After rekindling our connection in 2022, we began a series of 15 back and forth visits between Los Angeles and San Francisco (and many adventures in between!). Through trials and tribulations, we knew we could not live apart. In January of 2023, we took an even bigger leap of faith and moved across the country together to NYC. By January of the following year, we cozied up together in our first apartment in Brooklyn, completing the vision of our little family unit with Theo.
The proposal
While our trip to Peru with Azin's family was getting closer, Paolo had a plan brewing. He had a vision of proposing in his motherland of Peru, where mountains meet the sky, surrounded by no one but llamas. And the plan was beautifully executed; besides the fact that it was raining, the llamas were hiding, and Azin was dying of norovirus and altitude sickness :) Jokes aside, it was the most unforgettable day of our lives. Only to be beat by the wedding!!

Our discounted room block is at the beautiful Paradisus Los Cabos Resort, by Melia and we kindly request our guests stay here to maximize our time together. This resort is all-inclusive and adults only.
If you are looking to make this a family getaway, we recommend the following options: Dreams Los Cabos & Villa La Valencia ($$) are both ~5 drive from Paradisus. The Hilton ($$$) is right next door.
Gift Registry Instructions
We have reserved transportation shuttles roundtrip ($44/pp) or one way ($22/pp) to the resort and airport. Simply fill out your party size, flight information and personal details. We recommend using this service as taxis up-charge and Uber is not the most reliable/accessible at the airport (only for guests staying at Paradisus).
